VILLA EOS, NEAPOLI

Our small house in Neapoli was completed July 2006. It will sleep 4 with privacy but ideal occupation is two persons.

One enters into the sitting area which has a very comfortable sofa bed. Beyond this is the dining area and at the back of the open-plan ground floor is the well equipped kitchen which includes fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker and toaster.

Up the circular stairs is a very pleasant bedroom with its own balcony and the bathroom which has a shower, toilet and basin. At the back of the house on this level a small terrace area where there is plenty of room to sit outside, barbeque etc.

Situated just 15 mins by car from Ag Nikolaos, Neapoli is a thriving small farming town situated in an extensive olive growing area with sheep and goat herds roaming the surrounding mountains. It has all one could wish of a much larger town i.e. a museum, hospital, cinema, numerous notaries and architects, doctors, dentists etc and a fascinating historical past. There are numerous kafenions and tavernas where one can sit and watch the world go by.

It is also ideally suited if you want a holiday without a hire car as it is extremely well served by the Cretan bus service KTEL. It is a 15 minute bus ride to the beaches in either direction and there are good connections to places further afield such as Chania and Sitia.
